Respectfully, I suggest the senator consider recent polling that has revealed that 65%, or more, of Americans approve of each of the following provisions of Biden’s Build Back Better Plan: Universal Pre-K; clean energy infrastructure; paid family/medical leave; long-term care for seniors and the disabled; Medicare coverage of dental, vision and hearing, as well as reduced drug costs that would result from permitting Medicare to negotiate with Big Pharma.

According to the survey of approximately 1,000 registered voters conducted from 4 November to 8 November, 47 per cent of Americans now approve of the way Mr Biden is handling his job as president, with 50 per cent disapproving and three per cent responding that they were not sure. That’s a seven-point jump from a similar poll conducted in late October.
